Tattoo Policy

I'm honored that you want my artwork added to your life as a tattoo!
For a $50 fee, you can purchase one-time use of the artwork for tattoo. Not all artwork is available for this purpose; for example If the art is indicated to be a commission that I completed for a specific client it is NOT available. Please contact me to find out if the artwork is available.
I also ask to be credited properly in any photos that you or the tattoo artist posts. 

Why and how? 
Your payment helps me keep creating! I ask to be compensated for non-exclusive use of my artwork (including if you ask the tattoo artist to create something based on my artwork). Non exclusive use means that you can use the artwork for the agreed-upon one-time use (ie tattoo), but not for anything else. It also means that I will continue to use that artwork in other places, and that other people may purchase the artwork as well. I can't guarantee that your tattoo will be unique.If you'd like to purchase a one-time non-exclusive use of my artwork, please send me a message.

What does "one-time non-exclusive use" mean?
It means that once you've purchased the art, you can use it only once and only for the use that we agreed upon. It also means that you will still see the artwork in my shop and other people will still be able to purchase the artwork. 

Do you do commissions?
I sometimes do! If you have a specific idea in mind, send me a message and we can talk about if I'd be a good fit to design it for you. I don't take many commissions but if my schedule is open and the idea resonates, then I'd be happy to be involved. Please note that commissions are typically more expensive than the non-exclusive agreement listed above.

Also! I’m not a tattoo artist, so there may be details in my art that wouldn’t translate well into a tattoo. I always encourage folks to reach out to a professional tattoo artist when deciding on a tattoo idea.

I'm a tattoo artist and I want to tattoo your art!  Can I use your artwork?
Nope!!  I do not allow other artists to use my artwork or add it to their list of flash/available art. Please do not use my artwork in this way. Thank you for your understanding.
